I've known about this one for a long time and have gotten so used to using it I hadn't considered it as a 'tip.' If you don't already know it and you use Internet Explorer, and especially if you use IE on a small-ish monitor, you'll like it. To invoke the "grabber hand" in Internet Explorer, hold down the Command key, then click and hold on an open area of the page (i.e. not on a picture, link, or other web-type element). The grabber hand appears and as long as you continue to hold down the Command key and the mouse button, you can scroll around the page -- up and down, left and right, diagonally, or whatever. Since I got a second large display I don't use it as much, but when I am using the PowerBook, I rely on this one all the time. Enjoy. Oh, there is one more thing... I don't think this one is Jaguar-only. In fact I think it may date back to the OS 9 version of IE. In any case, it has worked for me over the past few releases of IE and OS X.
