Desktop Deeds - Drag Background Windows

By command clicking the title bar of a background window, it is possible to move it around on the desktop without bringing it to the foreground. It slides around underneath other windows.
If you have difficulty grabbing a title bar, especially for a Finder window, make sure you are grabbing the top-most part of the title bar, and not the lower 'toolbar' part. There is no obvious boundary between the two.
Arrange Finder Windows neatly.
