iCal - Publish (Without .Mac)
If you have a .mac account, iCal lets your publish a calendar to which other users can then subscribe. Select then calendar to publish, then select menu Calendar : Publish...
If you don't have .mac, you can publish to any other server that runs WebDAV - or you can enable your own Mac as a WebDAV server.
Here's an article, written for Mac OS Panther but the principals are the same in Tiger, that shows you how to set up a WebDAV server and publish calendars on it.
