The Finder II - Tidy Finder Windows

By Adrian Mayo - Editor - OSXFAQ

(See June 2004 for more Finder Tips - http://www.osxfaq.com/DailyTips/index.ws)

Arrange Finder windows neatly. Hold down the alt (option) key while selecting menu item Window.

The Finder's windows will be arranged neatly, stacking from the top right.

I don't know of a way to tile windows over the desktop, which would be useful, other than temporarily with F10.

Remember that alt-command-m or alt-orange-click will minimise all Finder (or any application) windows simultaneously. Shift-alt-orange-click is always fun.

Enjoy !! :-)
